I would like to know, that when you go to the bathroom and have bowel movement, and the color is green as opposed to brown, is it a good sign or is it a sign that, that person is not eating healthy?

Rather than asking this question here, you should really see a doctor. It could be nothing, it could be diet related, but we don't have enough information to know that. If you think it could be a problem, get yourself looked at.

It is fine. Probably just from eating a lot of greens. Doesn't mean anything either way really if green or brown.

It could be from vitamins if you take them or from a green leafy vegetable you are eating. It is nothing to be alarmed about.

It depends. What did you eat? Spinach, maybe?

Look at this site, specifically about that question:

Dyes from food can make it different colors. Eat beets and see what happens.

I think it has to do with the dyes in some foods, and your gallbladder/liver biproducts.
