whenever I wear a warm winter headwear, I find myself looking funny is that good or bad?

When I have a warm head cap on or when I shave my head bold I find myself looking kind of funny and unique in some sort of way. Somtimes when strangers see me in wearing headwear they start to smile at me a lot including woman. I always wonder why they smile because I look funny , maybe I am making a fool out of myself or weather its somthing good and gets people attention including woman.
