If your are lightening you hair its going to be hard..If you are going a couple shades darker, easy.. I wouldnt attempt to lightened it by yourself..If your going to darken it, pick a semi- permanant close to your natural shade and maybe a shade darker..Directons are on the boxes..Dont lightened it unless there is someone there to help you along. Too many steps..
