Well if he lives just miles away then just go visit him, if he lives far away then visiting him will supprise him greatly and he will always remeber that valintines day. If you can not do that, then dress in a sexy outfit and cover yourself in flowers and take a pictor, then put the pictor of you in a box of good chocolets with a note stating what you would do to him if he were with you.
