Yes it is possible to be too nice to the extent that people can try to take advantage of a nice person. Some people are devious that way.

Yes, it is possible. When a person takes "being nice" to such an extreme that they totally disregard their own self-respect, they are being "too nice". Everything in life has a balance, including pleasantness. One should never put up with abusive behaviour, or gloss over it, in order to "keep the peace" or "be nice".

I believe that there is a limit like on other person said. If you are giong to be used and taken advantage, then yes it is possible. Everyone has their limits on how much they can take when it comes to being nice, so it really comes down to your own person preference

It's possible to be so concerned about being "nice" that you lose the nerve to stand up for those things which have priority in your life. The song says, "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything."
That's very true! You can still be nice while making it clear that you have morals, faith, priorities.

YES. It is totally possible and a lot of people have that problem. People who can't say "no" or stand up for themselves because they are afraid of making others unhappy or of being "mean" often end up being taken advantage of and causing themselves unnecessary worry, working thier *sses off and sacrificing thier own happiness for the sake of others.

What's too nice? Maybe a "schnook" is being too nice.
When people take advantage of your good nature, it's time to pull in the reins. It'll be bad for your health in the long run.

Yes it is. Because you will get taken advantage if or walked on. And people will take you for granted, ignoring any needs or cares that you might have. You have to be able to stand up for yourself or what you believe is right.

If it's not sincere, yes. And, sometimes, nice isn't what is needed, the truth is. And "nice" isn't every thing - Ted Bundy was "a nice guy," so was the BTK killer.

NO !
But people mistake kindness for weakness and start treating the nice person badly, sad but true.
There is something wrong with the people that mistreat the kind person bad....
Have a wonderful new year !
