All I know is minerals like calcium citrate (w/magnesium) and chromium polynicotinate (as opposed to chromium picolinate) at about 800-1000 mg. can help keep belly fat low. Also, a B-vitamin complex will help with stress-induced weight gain. These are esp. good for diets high in processed carbs (ie. white flour and sugar).
