ok im in 7th grade and go to a tiny priave school. we do this funraiser every year and its goes to St. Baldrick's. its an organization that raises money to help make wigs for kids that have cancer. i cut my hair last year (it was about down to my elbow) and now its about an inch longer than my sholder. in order to cut your hair its has to be 6 inches. so should i do it and get it really short? or should i just keep growing it and wait till next year? i dont really care, but if i cut it short it would be considered "copying my sister". what should i do?

You could wait till next year if you dont feel comfortable cutting your hair. Dont worry about people saying you are copying your sister. I have an older sister too, and I used to feel like that. There is no way that everyone could be different. With long hair you could be copying 80% of the population. LOL Do what feels right, helping others is way more important than worrying about what others think of you. Good Luck

if its over an inch long then i would do it because its for a good cause but if its not then wait until next year to do it!! but then again i would do it either way and get a really cut short hair style that complements my facial structure and that i liked with highlights or a new color! good luck!

I say that if you really care about copying your sister than don't do it. but if it doesn't matter than go ahead and cut it because its going towards a good cause so thats what i think.

i wud say yes since it is going 2 help people but ur hair is kinda short so just wen it gets longer go to a salon and do it
