I find a site called fonefinder.net and you can input the name of the city (aubrey) and it returns one area code, and 3 prefixes in that area code, and even tells you the phone carrier company name for each prefix. Presume that if more than one state has the same city name, all cities and their area codes are all listed as a result.

Also if you know of an area code, you can see what cities it covers.

Go to the site areacodehelp.com. I couldn't find Aubrey, because it must not be a major city. If you know the nearest large city, then this site will help you find the area code. Good luck!
