I know what I ate isn't heathy but tell me if I ate to much in a day... its 9:53 pm right now

-6 peanut butter cookies
-2 soft tacos
- and some fries, not much

did i eat to much, cuz i am feeling the guilt.

No, if anything you didn't eat enough. Looks like 2 skipped meals.

Personally, I think that you may have had too many peanut butter cookies, but if your tacos were healthy and mostly contained beans and vegetables and if your portion of fries were modest, I think that you're otherwise okay.

If this is all that you ate during the day, I would suggest that next time you try to have three balanced meals.

You did not eat enough. Unless you are two feet tall and a double amputee. You can eat more. But easy on the carbs! Eat some nice tomatoes with salt, olive oil, a sprinkling of oregano and little bit of crumbled feta cheese for a snack.

No, you didn't eat too much. You didn't eat enough of the right stuff. You should try to choose a more balanced diet.

No,you haven't eaten nearly enough in a days time.

You do however need to switch to eating a balanced diet.

exercise it off...i hate junk food and guilt feeling why have it if it has negative effects on you and honestly yes a bit. INSTEAD OF HAving one fat filled meal have 3 healthy meals like me.

depending on where the food came from it might actually be enough calories to sustain you, but they are definitely the wrong kind (almost entirely sugar and other carbs and trans fat). you need to eat less of this stuff and MUCH MORE healthy food.
