"You're going to hell" and "Convert to God or you will die forever" I have heard Christains say this all the time. Let us compare it to the radical Islams that point a gun to your head and say "Quote these words out of the Qu'ran or I will shoot you" Is this not the same thing? one may be more serious than the other, but they are the same. You see many of people have put a bad name on Islams, just like the Christains. If only If only some people would spend the time to not threaten someone's life and to ease it on them. Do you belive that there are radical Christains that ruin our reputations?

In history, there was a time when many radical Christians would burn witches at the stake etc...

Nowadays, Christianity promotes "forgiveness", "love" and "peace on earth". Islam promotes "respect" "power" and "vengence"

If you look at Christians who say things like "you will go to hell" and compare that to "I will shoot you for believing in something different to what I believe in" then the answer to your question is NO. I do not think you can describe these individuals as "radical christians"

Also, as human beings we should all be able to take responsibilty for our own actions, and not point the finger at someone elses mistakes to take the focus off our own. I think if Islam was an honorable religion, then all Islamic people should say things like "hey, what these people did is wrong and I am not happy about the fact that it has been done in the name of my religion - maybe there is something wrong with what I am following" instead of trying to bring other religions into the debate.

11 of the 12 disciples were martyered for their faith. If you go to foreign countries many Christians are killed, for their faith. Islam is not a personal religion, it is like a governmental system that is trying to conqueor the entire world, and they force people to believe. They use fear, to win people. Also killing yourself is okay just as long as you kill others too, its a form of jihad. Whether or not people believe in Islam or not, it is a false religion. In Christianity you can have full assurance of the truth. Because Christ spirit dwells in the hearts of the believers.

Yeah, there are a LOT of stupid Christians on here. I'm a Christian myself, so hear me out.
You get so-called Christians on here, who don't know their Bible, who don't have much spiritual maturity, and who want to argue back at the trolls.
Yes, it's true, we must preach Jesus Christ crucified and risen. But we have to build trust with a person, get that person to respect us and believe us, before they will listen to us talk about Jesus.
I've seen far too many Christians on here, who don't want to answer a question, so they say something like, "you're stupid." Instead of commenting like that, just ignore them and go on.

1 Corinthians 2:4
And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power...

Sermons don't save people. The love of Christ and conviction of the Spirit save people. I see precious little of that on here.

Yes, you are right. It's sad, but sometimes in life I myself have been so intense about wanting something good to happen that I was willing to just stomp over everybody to make it my way. At those moments, I was actually worshipping myself instead of God, wasn't I? We all need to help each other to stop and think.

i agree with you. Focusing on radical Islamics is horrible, what about all the radical christians? It is like since 80% of the population is christian they r accepted. It is just completely unjust!

Holding children as human shields after killing other children has NEVER been done by a Christian but is done by Muslims every day. That's the difference. Christians place value on the human life.

those words you attribute to Christians are actually the Words of the Living God....
as for the qur'an, you might as well quote a Batman comic book.
they both have the same relevance to the Truth of God.
