My friend told me that she wasn't eating, because she wanted to be as skinny as me, I am natrually skinny, 82 pounds, at 5"4, and she told me she was starving herself, and I didn't know what to do, and later that day, she passed out in school, but then got up 5 minutes later, but I don't know what to do, what should I do?
She isn't even fat, she is 127 pounds, at 5"3.

You really need to talk to her parents or even a school guidance counselor. I know it seems like you're ratting her out, but she could wind up seriously ill or even dead if something is not done.

you need to explain to her that everyone has different body types, and that she is absolutely not fat at all. If she won't listen- do some research. The most beautiful movie stars of all time, like Marilyn Monroe from the classics, were all very curvy, and skinny girls were absolutely out- they looked malnourished and gross (no offence to you, of course, i'm sure you're gorgeous). if that doesn't work.... try going for a makeup application or going to get your hair done together- i really think that will make her feel more beautiful and lucky to have a friend like you. but if this happens again, or if you find out she's still not eating, you need to tell her parents right away, or yours- any adult really that you trust. sounds corny, i know, but imagine if she had fainted over a glass coffee table, or while crossing a busy street. it's a chance that can't be taken. good luck!

Well you should remind her that you are naturally skinny and tell her that if wants to lose weight she can use a few pounds and still be ok but starving her self will not work and she may hurt her body. Also you are really skinny! Even if you are naturally thin you should make should you are eating enough because you seem really underweight. But I mean if you really can't manage to gain weight and your body stays the same no matter what you eat then I guess its just the way you are.

Your friend has an eating disorder - anorexia. Talk with her and tell her that she either needs to tell someone or you will. Then follow through. Someone like your school counselor would be a good start. Kids have died from this. Be a real friend and make sure your friend lives long enough to graduate, grow up, and become the real person she is meant to be.

Your friend needs help right away, she should talk to a counselor. Starving oneself is not a good way to lose weight, it causes fatigue, dizzy spells, and fainting because the body doesn't have enough energy to keep itself going normally. The average person requires at least 1200-1500 calories per day just to stay alive.

Go visit the school nurse or a guidance counselor. They will protect your anonymity and get the girl's parents involved.
She needs to be checked out. It may just be low blood sugar, or she may have other stuff going on. You could keep your friend from death or serious injury by telling someone.

I weigh same as you. People say they wanna be like me and i say being this skinny is trouble. Tell her "Starving yourself isnt gonna make you thin at all. If you are that worried go on a diet." Tell her" I think your not fat at all. That is just inside of you."

Go and tell her parents about this. Maybe she is suffering from anorexia (I hope not). If her parents would know this, they will be able check her diet and give her an advice not to perish herself by not eating just to become thin and sexier.

I like what somone said up there, before you get everyone involved and all, eat lunch with her and show her what you eat, and that you do eat of coarse. Remind her that it is not a way to lose weight actually. It's very unhealthy...
