sure, just like water, it's a great way to stay hydrated...so if you prefer cubes to glasses of H2O, have it how you like it!

I once read a medical study conducted in the UK, that showed drinking ice-cold beverages over an extended period of time leads to increased risk for kidney stones. Personally as a male, I dont want to take the chance.

All I know is, whenever I see someone chewing on ice cubes, it sets my teeth on edge! I guess that's because I have sensitive gums. Can't see that it would do any harm, though, other than the risk of breaking a tooth. Really, it's no different than eating a Popsicle!
