I think I'd throw it out, just to be on the safe side. Tartar isn't too expensive to replace, and who knows- there may have been a little break in the seal at one time. Why take a chance?

A new bottle of Tartar Sauce is cheaper than a E.R. visit from when you eat the old stuff!

Throw it out... tartar sauce is made of mainly mayo.

It's probably safe (or at least won't kill you), but it may not taste especially good.
I'd throw it out. Either that or try to make money by eating it on a dare. (-;

Spoiled for sure. It is made with mayonaise. You would puke your guts out if you ate it.
