I hate it when I scoop out a clump of urine from the cat box and it crumbles into pieces. I've tried a couple different brands that have done this. Are there any that don't do this?

I like Tidy Cats "Crystals Blend" variety. It scoops well (I have a Littermaid and it works nicely), and the odor control is very good.

P-Pod... its made from the pods of peas ... vary safe for cats; great odor control with a hint of mint scent; and flushable!

My next favorite is "Fresh Step" - great odor control too, but not flushable.

The brand really doesn't matter. You're looking for the finest smallest possible granules. The tinier the granules, the better it clumps.

You could also try TidyCat crystals, they worked good for me. I use Fresh Step, and Scoop Away too.

Try one made from wheat (sold under different names) it works great, is safe for the environment, safe if your cat (or another animal) eats it, safe to flush and septic tank safe. It also has no dust.
