i like this guy but im not sure if he likes me back. He recently (couple weeks ago)asked a girl and he got rejected could he still like her. i almost never talk to him but when i do hes really sweet and funny. i am his neighbor and i see him at the ice rink every friday. i used to be sooo sure i liked him but now i have some doubts. so i think there like two other guys who like me but i only know them somewhat. they are sweet but again i don't know them. How can i find out if a guy likes me? if he does do i wait for him to ask me out. 2 say yes would i have 2 be positive i like him? should i ask the guy out if he is 2 shy 2 do it himself? would he feel weird then? please help!

get to know all the guys and you will figure out which one you like better. Don't just go by looks, go by intellegence, sense of humor, personality, and whether or not you have a lot in common and make sure you are able to have a conversation with him. Once you figure out which one you like best, if he still hasn't asked you out, ask him if he would ever consider going on a date or something. If he says no, then theres your clue on if he likes you or not. But definitly wait until you get to know him enough to make sure you actually like this guy.

I personally think you should wait, until you can make decisions on your own. To have a boyfriend is not a game where two people like each other and kiss each other, is more serious then that. Not waiting for the right moment could bring you some hard times. You don't want to loose the meaning of having somebody who really loves you next to you, not just for some time but for the rest of your life. Now is just a game, and if is a game then it does not mater if you ask him or he ask you.

i think that you should try to talk to him more, this will cause him to think more about you. Most guys are really shy when it comes to asking girls out, me included. i say just try to help him out and get personal w/ eachother, let some trust build up. suggest that you 2 should hang out more and let him get to know the real you. Believe me it works. Also when the time is right do not be afraid to flirt a little bit but just make sure that its the right moment. Guys usually are too nervous to make the first move (me again) and you should really hang out and get to know eachother better. It is such a plus that you 2 are neighbors, it makes it easy to hang out. you never know what will come out of it so just throw it out there.

You should go ahead and eliminate the other two guys, because like you said "you don't know them". Focus on the guy next door. If you can invite him over or something, and just sit and have a talk about it. Then if he feels the same way you can throw out a "get-together-one-day" statement. But never beat around the bush always be straight-forward.

u have to take action, it not b/c he share or smile at u means he like u. we can all do that to friend and stranger too.
tell him how u feel inset of abusing yourself emotionally.
take action, it better to know where u stand.
