when i start to dig its hard to stop!! people think im weird, i don't know why! i guess its an aquierd taste!!!!!!!!!!! please give me some suggustions to stop the discusted looks!! thanks!

Well, if it's the disgusted looks that you're concerned about stopping, then just pick your nose in the privacy of you r own home.

Try to stop picking your nose completely. If you must, do at home where no one can see you. No more disgusted looks. :) limit yourself to sveral time a day.

Give a friend a camera and tell him/her to snap pics of you whenever he/she catches you in the throes of deep nasal excavation. When you see how attractive it looks, you may chill.

put a rubber band around the finger you do it with, every time you go to pick you will remember and stop.
