3 doctors worked on you from different departments....and you get the 16 page hospital records....but you wanted more detail....is it worth getting the individual doctors reports or your file from their office? Or is everything they had on me in the records they subbitted to the hospital??

It's always better to get the complete records from every possible source, especially if you think something was done wrong.

when you are a patient and have a chart anyone who sees you writes their notes,consultaions and such in the same chart and when the chart is broken down and sent to medical records it is kept whole...so if you got all your records you should have the files right there for each doctor that saw you...the docs office would only have the files of visits you physically made to the office

If they were just a resident dr. checking you, I don't know if they would have an individual case file on you at their office since you weren't their regular patient???
