listen i dnt need any smack talk.....i just need to jump start my weight lost process if you dnt have and answere dnt try to give me any advice about ruining my health

Make a fist. That's the size of your stomach when it's not all stretched out. So, eat anything you want, but make your portions the size of your fist.
Also, really THINK about what you are craving. If you are hungry for cheese, eat cheese. If you're hungry for pasta, eat pasta. Don't eat a salad because you think it's healthier. You'll just wind up chasing a taste.
Finally, leave at least one bite on your plate - it helps create a detachment from food, and breaks us of the "clean plate club" mentality.

Jump start it by dropping all the junk carbs (refined flour and sugar products - also those with fructose & corn syrup)
Eat fresh grilled meat & veggies (get the 1 lb freeze bags & just microwave them).

And FYI > unhealthy & really works is a contradiction when talking food / diet.
Shouldn't a college student have picked up on that ?

Try the special K diet it helped me lose weight!! Just eat it for twice a day with skim milk and maybe a piece of fruit. Its not expensive and its not bad for you either!! Good luck!

If you only eat 2 meals a day, eat cereal atleast once a day, and for your other meal dont overdo it, just eat regular. If you eat 3 meals a day, eat cereal twice a day. I lost 15 lbs freshman year doing that.

Let me see....
You want a diet that is "easy" and "quick" and "cheap" even if it is unhealthy but one that REALLY works?

Starvation will satisfy all the criteria above. BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT! DO NOT USE IT.

No diet that works is ever "easy" or "quick"
