uugghh! My neighbors wont bring there dogs in tonight.................?

and its going to be really cold tonight like 25. Are they heartless?
i live in Sacramento CA and its never this cold so its not like the dogs are use to this weather. They do have dog houses but come on do they really work?

Call the police and ask what the rules are and if your neighbors are being cruel to their animals.

If they have dog houses, the authorities may not do anything, but I would contact the authorities. It's worth a try.
As for your question about dog houses working, yes, they do if you have the right kind and if it's built properly. It's best if it's built like an "L" shape. So the dog would go in the front, then walk into the longer area of the "L" and curl up and sleep. This set up keeps the dog out of the cold air of the entrance, plus when they curl up, they really have a lot of body heat.
I agree with you though that the dogs should be brought in when it's cold.
We have a dog, but we don't have a dog house because she really is an indoor pet.

Well the dumbest thing to do is rob the dog and take he or she into your house!!! But you could do that. And they probalby are heartless them leaving there dog outside now that is sad!! and its 25 degrees out now that is really sad. and dogs are defenetley are not used to that kind of weather. and i don't think a dog house would work in 25 degrees. Unless it was very big and it had a door and air conditioning!!!

I suggest you contact the authorities; cops, animal control, whoever will get out there to see what is going on. That is very cruel.
