don't starve yourself, love yourself. You and I are the same size and I look pretty damn good. I'm sure you do too. Just love yourself, if you don't no one else will either.

Well you are at the high end of your weight chart (your bmi is 24) but starving is not the way to loose weight. Eat a lot of small meals during the day to get your metabolism high, exercise, drink plenty of water, limit your sweets and things with sugar in them that are not naturally there and you should loose a little weight and become healthier! :-) A good weight for your height would Probably be around 113-120. However since you are only 12 then you have lots of time to continue growing and grow into your body better, maybe get taller so that your weight will shift....but if you do try to loose weight be sure not to make it too drastic because you are so young and do not want to develop any kind of eating disorder by mistake.

You are at a perfect weight. That is the weight that everyone who is 5'4 should be.
Do NOT starve yourself! If you do that, you will make your body think that there isn't enough food to eat and it will slow your metabolism down. That means you will have a much harder time losing weight in the future--maybe for the rest of your life!
At your age, your biggest concern should be with eating healthy food--especially fruits, vegetables, skim milk, whole wheat, and as much water as possible. And make sure you get lots of exercise!

No not fat, don't ever starve yourself. Get into the habit of eating 4 or 5 smaller healthy meals a day drink lots of water stay active, walk the dog, ride a bike, drink lots of water, walk the mall if its too cold.

nope thats 100% normal but i would be careful u are going to be close to fat but u wont be any time soon.
oh and if u starve yourself u will gain a huge ammount of weight for exapmle
u weight 140 now then after u starve and eat again u will gain
20lbs

well I'm 27 and 5-5 and I weigh 140 and I'm trying to lose 5 pounds! Just try to workout............maybe do some running around the block with a friend. GOOD LUCK!

I looked up your Body Mass Index, and you're fine. You shouldn't starve yourself at all. That's the last thing you want to do. You see, when you do that, your body goes into "starvation" mode, and when you finally do eat, your body just puts everything in as fat. What are you eating?
