Damn fatty! Quit eating ASAP then hop on a treadmill for a couple of hours a day. Then maybe you will look good.

Jogging or swimming. swimming is best. Any type of cardio is extremely help full.

eat healthy and do a cardiovascular excersice. DONT DO WIEGHT LOSS PILLS. (trust me, they dont work)
