Church, Work, School, Music Lessons (3 different kinds), Scholarships, Babysitting... just a few of the things that tie me up all week aside from regular chores around the house and what not. The crazy mixed up life of an overstressed teen.

So ok, here's the problem... I wake up early, go to bed late, and still have so much to do... I have to keep going even when I feel miserable... things that require help are left for me to do alone because others are no longer dependable... it's so hard, I have so much to do and I am BURNED OUT... on top of everything I'm grounded and don't get much of a chance to spend time with friends or by myself... so how do I deal?

I have a feeling that if my schedule stays how it is now, I'm gonna crash and burn not too long from now... Exhaustion and depression have already set in... I can't talk to my parents because they won't listen anyways... they have no clue what really goes on in my life and what I need... so what can be done now?

Im reminded of a dream a somebody told me about.....in this dream they saw everybody else around them going through hard times.....and they knew hard times were ahead for themself.

They did not know what they would have to go through...but they were scared.

It sounds to me like you are just going through what I like to call a life-trial.

God sometimes decides to test us as human beings, to see how much we can take, to test our endurance, as well as our integrity.
All we can do is to remain true to Him, and remain diligent in doing that which we must do.

It wont be easy, then again we were never promised it would be easy.
Just remember your goals......
fight the depression, never let it get the best of you.

The friends you miss, they miss u as well and are praying for you, I'm sure, and the best thing you can do is to stay strong so as to be able to see them sooner than later.

As for the things you need help on, all you can do is ask whenever you need help on something, don't nag, but ask persistently.

You can get through this time, just remain true to God, stay strong, DO NOT LOSE HOPE.
There are people in your life who care for you.
There are people in your life who love you.

>There are people in your life who love you more than you could imagine or know.<

These people are praying for you and want nothing more than to help you through this in any way they can.

Please stay strong, all you need to do is give every day your best, whether it is a good day or bad.

God is with you, and He will help you through this.
You just gotta have faith,
(ooh ya gotta have faith, faith, faith)

lol

My prayers go with you......Para Siempre
*hug*

Sit down one day.
Take out a piece of paper to make a weekly/monthly schedule.
Write down all the ones you remember from your head. (No referencing anything!)
Take note at which ones you cringe at when you write down or remember, and note which ones you totally dislike.

Now of those scheduled event/obligations, which ones do you REALLY want to keep doing? Consider dropping the things you don't like or feel aren't worth it.

Remember, you might live to be 60+ years old. You needn't do everything by the time your teenage years are over. Take a break and enjoy yourself a little. You're risking a mental breakdown and/or health problems from pushing yourself so hard.
Good luck

Look!!! You either deal with it now or think about how stressed out you are going to be 20 years from now living the life of a bag lady.
