i've got the secret to it.
the trick is that you wait untill one of her FRIENDS starts dancing with someone. Then you ask her to dance. It's a proven technique. If a girl's friend is dancing (probably grinding) with a guy, then she would be inclined to do the same. Good luck buddy ; )

you can't make a girl grind, you have to go with the flow. if the girl doesn't want too, you won't be grinding simple enough.
