Sorry to hear of your self esteem problem. You deserve to be happy! people don't tell you that your pretty for no reason. Try to replace all your negative thoughts with positives. Next time your looking in the mirror, and you are finding all your flaws, look for a good thing to replace the flaw with. ie: I hate how my teeth are crooked... BUT look how pretty my eyes are... keep doing that.. It sounds weird probably, but trust me it works. Most people have self esteem issues at one point or another. Everyone is beautiful in some way or another. Try to keep replacing your negative thoughts with your positive thoughts, whenever intrusive negative thoughts come into your brain, shrug them off, and replace it with a positive. Take everyones compliments and play them over and over in your head. You are a beautiful person. Good luck on finding your answer. And KEEP SMILING!

Many females grow up in homes where they are not valued, belittled or abused in some way. Usually this sets us up for having a low self-esteem later on in life.

I suggest you listen to what people are saying and start to value yourself. If you don't you are setting yourself up for a lot of heartache in the near future.

When you don't value yourself you allow people to treat you like dirt, not good. Males with no good on their minds look for women like that to take advantage of, or worse.

Change yourself now, read about self-esteem building and begin to love yourself. And looks are not who you are either, it's what's inside that is the most important, build that up, cherish that and don't let anyone take that away.
