im looking for a protine drink or a fat burner that will help you build up muscle when your working out

i liked NO-explode... i took it every morning and worked out 4 days a week.. i was RIPPED

I am a proffesional Nutritionist. I work out everyday, the best drink is chocolate milk. I prefer borden.If you work out 2 hours a day and drink at least 3 glasses of this everyday you will be in top shape coming February.

hey there if you go to www,myhealthabc.com they have some incedible muscle build formula and fat burmers aswell. dont be put off by all the weight loss products they advertise, these guys know their stuff. Once you fill in your details then you can go and view all their products. If you just want to buy without anyone calling you all the time to access your development then they do that aswell, but their advice is good and they care about you getting results.

Chocolate milk with a raw egg in it. Honestly, it is nowhere near as nasty as those mixes, and has as much protien, and a lot of other good things too. Plus, there are traces of steroids in most of those mixes. Don't over-think this one, look to regular food and get educated.

there is no such drink. all suppliments are really useless except for the major serious athletes whose bodies work in a different way that most people's. just exercise, eat healthy food and drink lots of water.
