Fish oil is a waste of time. It only makes your hair sticky and stinky. My sister tried it and she literally cried. It takes forever to wash out. If you want your hair to be longer and shiner, you can go to Sally's and get this product called DoGro or Mr.Miracle.....Those products are the best.
Best Wishes.

ah no...it doesn't...your hair grows as it grows, you cannot make it grow faster...you can make it shinier, conditioner, glaze, keeping it clean, using NO hair spray, gel, etc. All that will damage your hair. You can put olive oil (warm) in your hair, but it's a pain to get out...mayo too (lots of oil in it), but you may smell like a salad. Vinegar is usually used to take out the oil. Then shampoo (always condition) use GOOD products. ( not Suave, St Ives....) and don't blow dry your hair till it's HOT in spots...mover the dryer around and use your fingers to detangle.
(never use a comb on wet hair, unless you have a detangler in it...)

I didn't even know that was a beauty trick. Doesn't your hair smell bad afterward though?
