남동생 - nam dong saeng.

literally it means male younger sibling

동생 means younger sibling

This is gender irrelevant, so if you are a girl or a guy, your younger brother would be 'Nam Dong Saeng,' generally you would just call them by their names though.
Nam is for Namja (boy) Dong Saeng, basically means younger sibling.

Sure. It's called ' Nam Dong Saeng'. Dong Saeng is Chinese writing.It means younger than me. Many Korean writing relate to Chinese writing. Here's one tip. Younger sister is called 'Yeo Dong Saeng'.
