He sounds seriously messed up. You don't do that, it's just plain wrong. You should only say you love someone if you truly do and only dump them if you have a good reason. I know it can be hard, but try to get over him. No guy like that is worth the time in my opinion.

He had a SUDDEN change of heart for some reason. ASK HIM.
If he won't respond to your question or answer your calls, forget him. He'll explain eventually. Don't waste precious time on him though.

he is better off alone for awhile till he can figure out which way is up.... give him about 4 years to pull his head out and he might be worth something....
