When I was a child, my 12 years of grade and high school Catholic Education gave me a good foundation to be a moral and Religious person. The dedication of the Sisters and teachers will forever make me in debt to them.
When I continued my College and Masters Education, I was able to pursue my studies of Theology and was able to find for myself how fortunate I was to have had the wonderful education that I did.
My Catholic Education has continued through RCIA and Bible study. It has assured me that God loves me and accepts me as I am. This blessed assurance has helped me through rough times in my life. No greater truth can be found than this.

I don't have a catholic education, nor my kids, but my grand kids are in cahtolic school. I find Catholic schooled kids are more polite than their peers in public school. The classes are smaller so any problems are caught earlier. the teachers ALL know the students in the school and ALL are available if a student needs help or just someone to talk to.

The Catholic Church has teaching authority given to her by God Himself in the person of Jesus Christ who established the Church about 2,000 years ago.
Just before Jesus asended into Heaven, He chose Peter to shepherd His flock and to evangelize all nations for Jesus. The way for the Church to evangelize all nations was to choose successors to the office of Peter and the offices of the other apostles.
Since Peter was chosen by Jesus to be the leader of His Church and since Peter went to Rome and became the Bishop there, from that time on, the succesor of Peter was always the Bishop of Rome (also known as Papa or Pope).

Because it is better than any public education. Let's just face it, education in this country is getting worse every year. School is more about socialization and sports than it is about education.

It taught me this: if there is anything bigger than fate, it is the courage to face fate unflinchingly.
