Celery and peanut butter, tuna sandwich on whole grain/wheat bread, banana or other fresh fruit, crystal light or unsweetened tea. Of course you can take soup, salmon(which is high in nutrients) You could try some Lean Cuisine meals or other similar things. A good protein shake is a healthy filling alternative as well. I like to eat the tuna sandwich with a boiled egg and some applesauce then have some fresh fruit or frozen grapes for a snack. Enjoy!

Fruit and veggies. You know how hard it is to get in all the servings you need! I take apples, baby carrots, string cheese--blood oranges when they are in season--and I can work and eat at the same time if I need to.
Yogurt is also great, as is cottage cheese
(Where I work, there is no way to heat food, and we are not supposed to bring "appliances" from home, so I'm not listing any of the things that can be cooked or heated up.)

If they have a fridge you can use, you can take yogurt and some fresh fruit, or make a nice salad, you can always bake a chicken breast and when it cools cut it into thin strips or little chunks to put into the salad, a nice bagel with low fat cream cheese *spread thinly* and some sprouts and chicken, Oh the list is endless.... lol Good Luck to you

A low sodium soup and a good sandwich on whole grain bread, with a piece of fruit and a weak fruity drink like Powerade. (Sodas, which are a great indulgence, have high fructose corn syrup, as a rule --- bad for you.)
