I want to know how to lose 20-30lbs please help i need some good advice i have benn walkling on my treadmill for 2 days now at 3.0 miles per hr. for 2 miles . I just want to know some things to do with good results and how would I keep the weight off? PLEASE HELP

I don't have any extra money to pay for anything I have 2 kids to take care of and a husband that is not working so if you have any good ideas please help. I have been sayng for 3-4 yrs that I am going to lose weight but I never do I am ready to do it this time I really want to lose weight. please Help

I lost 32 pounds from September to December by doing 5 -10 minute yoga workouts(10 minute solution yoga) per day and eating fresh fruits and vegetables and using protein substitutes (cheese, nuts, eggs, peanut butter, baked fish, etc.) instead of eating meat. If you are a meat lover and cant go without it, try baking it instead of frying it.Only choose the leanest cuts of meat also.The pounds will roll off QUICK!
Dancing is also a great way to loose weight.

I lost 30 pounds last year. I walked on the treadmill or walked outside about 45 minutes a day, lifted weights, and took an exercise class. The main thing was I ate fruit for breakfast, broth soup with lots of bean sprouts for lunch, and a small regular dinner. cutting calories but not being hungry and exercising are the way to go.

If I were to write a book on the subject it really would be this simple; Eat Less & Work Out More... That is the secret... If however you need to lose a lot of weight quick, cutting out carbs will achieve this... However, when you go back, you will gain it back.

The healthiest and most effective way to lose weight for good is the Zone diet. www.zonediet.com and strength training. Weights are far more effective than cardio. Do the Zone diet and get a personal trainer. When you do cardio, do INTERVAL training.

hi a great way is to get the right nurition/protein and vitamins in you. This will help you in your exercise and give you back your energy. I went to www.myhealthabc.com and told them what i wanted, they were really helpful and nice aswell. The products they have are yummy and more importantly they work. The coaching they give you makes sure you keep the weight off once get to your target.

south beach diet works the best. you lose about 3-5 pounds per week so you have to stay strict on the diet but it all pays off in the end.

if you cut 500 calories a day withought working out you will loose 1 pound a week if you drink a can of diet pop (soda) VS regular you are allready half wy there
