I want to know how to lose 20-30lbs please help i need some good advice i have benn walkling on my treadmill for 2 days now at 3.0 miles per hr. for 2 miles . I just want to know some things to do with good results and how would I keep the weight off? PLEASE HELP

Control the caloric intake vs. your caloric burning.

Walking is also a good exercise.

Walking is a good exercise, but you've got to do it more than two days, of course. The distance doesn't necessarily matter, but try to keep your heart rate in its target level. I was surprised how little I had to work to get my heart rate up to the most desirable level.

There's really only one way to lose weight: take in fewer calories than you burn. So you can take in fewer, or burn more. Eat healthy and exercise is the best way.

And the way to keep the weight off is to keep exercising and eating healthy.

if you eliminate one routine snack from your day you will lose weight.

or, those weights that you attach to your ankles can increase the calories you burn when you walk or run
