Why is it that all crushes end hardly ever end well? I have observed that in a crush, it ends either two ways: either he likes you, or he does not. (And usually ends with the latter)
I'm asking this because for the first time, cold, heartless me got a crush on a real guy for the first time. And it's sad because I know it's not going to end well, because he is shyer than me and seems very fond of another girl.

Crushes and Infatuations are often one sided, but even a two way shared Romance also usually ends with at least one broken heart.

Human emotions can often be very powerful and disruptive to any kind of logical choice making. Toss in some hormones and you get a recipe for problems. Learning to deal with these and also learning to form more lasting adult relationships is difficult. Some people never learn, others learn that honest communication is the key.

You can have a fantasy about anyone. You can dream of what it might be like. You can even assume that this person likes you (or even more), but none of this is real. You find out what is real by talking and listening. Learning about reality seems to prevent a lot of heartbreak.

Well, a relationship couldn't be possible if it's only one-way. And unfortunately, like you said, relationships usually occurs one-way. But don't stress. You would find Mr. Right sooner or later who would like you back.

I've been through a lot too (like you). I liked a guy for three years, but he managed to avoid me and even went out with two girls. Now, I am glad to say that I moved on.

If I could move on, I'm sure you could too. So if the guy that seems fond of another girl doesn't like you, just get over him and move on to the next step.

You adventure an noticeably romantic age now at the same time as each and every little problem is acknowledged through you as dramatic. each and every now and then we would fall in love with someone thoroughly different from us. We comprehend it became not something to conflict for when we develop right into a lot older and more desirable experienced in love. This woman's behaviour is somewhat unusual. i wager she will't outline even if to this aspect you or not. So, i imagine you should at least a million) supply her a rose 2) have a honest verbal substitute which includes her. do not tell her any obscure issues and do not enable her talk vaguely. Be optimal honest and sparkling to at least one yet another. 3) take a sheet of paper and write down all the + and - of your relationships. If "-" be triumphant - then you truly'd more desirable leave her. My viewpoint on your problem is, of route, subjective. that's as a lot as you to confirm. yet i'm particular that once interior a pair one loves and the different one suffers - this isn't authentic love. that's something ........?.... yet not love. i have also experienced such emotions yet with boys. i do not opt for to struggle through any more desirable. what for?

Well you forgot the third way they end...you both like each other but you find out that the fantasy of the other person you had in your mind, or the fantasy of what you thought you would be together falls way short in terms of actual reality. Your brain is tossing it around for so long thinking about it, when it happens its like, 'yeah okay this isnt all I figured it would be'. Crushes are psychologically fulfilling and damaging at the same time...

OK This is Why! we people spend so much time building up a crush we loose all courage to ask that person out much less speak to him! and when we finally do find courage we are so obsessed with this person that if he says no we are brokenhearted and if he says yes we start taking things in the relationship too fast or too far!

Thats just how it is with a crush, u usually like them more than they like u or they don't like u in that way. But if u want to be brave make the first move, u never know u may be one of the lucky ones.

I was really shy too before I met my current b/f. The reason I'm not shy anymore is because my b/f is pretty social. He has confidence, and has taught me how to have confidence as well. Find yourself a guy that really makes you feel good about yourself, not a guy who's also shy.
