My bf & I work opposite shifts. I work days & he works afternoon's. I never see him during the week. So the weekends is when we get to spend our time together. Now here's the problem. I have kids & this weekend is supposed to be my ex husbands week. Well he isn't going to get the boys. So here is why I'm upset. He wanted to know if I didn't have the boys if I wanted to meet a friend of his who lives like 2 hours away. Well I then told him that I had the boys. So now he wants to go without me. I told him I could see if my parents would watch them...he said no it's ok. He asked if it would offend me he went without me. I mean it shouldn't because I can't go because I have my boys but yet I want to spend time with him. I just miss him and want to spend "personal time" with him & he will be with his friend so I won't get any. What should I do? I want to say something but I feel like i'll be keeping him from spending time with his friend & I don't want to do that. HELP PLEASE!

Maybe you could tell him how you feel and see if he will just go to see his friend on saturday then spend sunday with you. That way you still get to see him without feeling bad about keeping him from going to see his friend.

It'll be alrite. Let him have his own time. You should enjoy sth else.
