Eat pizza, watch movies, play video games, eat popcorn, have a fight with the popcorn, then another movie, pillow fight, listen to you yell at them to settle down at 1:30, 3:15, 4:47! Have fun!

Ok if it is not too cold water gun fights, water balloon fights...
Video games, funny movies, tons of snacks, depending on how many boys there are a lot of team games you can do
Have the boys form a circle and hold hands. Have a hula hoop hanging on one persons arm. They have to pass the hula hoop around the circle with out letting go of each others hands by climbing through it.
Which team can dress in Dads clothes fastest
Egg Races where they have to keep the egg on the spoon. Just a tip hard boil them first
Baloon sandwich races put a baloon between 2 kids back and have them race while holding it between them without hands
Really just keep them moving and snacking.
Have Fun!

to be honest, let them figure out what they want to do. Make sure, though, that they play outside before coming inside that way they have more to do when they can't go outside. When they get inside for the night you can use video games, board games, and movies to keep them occupied.
Another good thing to do, build a fort. Use a couple chairs, some sheets, pillows (better if they are couch pillows.) You might want to take into account how many kids are coming when you decide where to build and how big to build.

I would let them make their own dessert pizzas. Get gummy worms, bug candies, eyeball tarts, etc.
Also, maybe they can make their own fire engines and "respond to a call." If you can scrape up enough boxes for each of them, let them paint them like fire trucks and then carry them around them while searching for stuffed animals that have gotten stuck (curtain rods, in cabinets, between the railings) around the house.
You could organize an indoor or outdoor scavenger hunt.
You could make tye-dye shirts if they are "older" sixes.
One really neat thing to "commemorate" the first sleep over is to get a blank stretched canvas and have each child put their handprint on it and sign it.
You'll have fun no matter what you do. Give em pizza and subs and candy and pop in a movie or game and you're set!

Wrestle with each other, eat, chase each other around the house and yard, eat, jump up and down, eat, lie on the floor and waller, eat, fight, eat, yell, eat...then they throw up.
It would be a good idea to have a game plan in mind knowing that it won't work for long.
When you are ready for them to settle down, bring out the pizza and a good movie. Not an action movie. Get them all snuggled in their sleeping bags in front of the tv, turn the lights low, turn the sound down a little bit so they have to be quiet to hear it. Next thing you know, they are asleep.
But watch out for they will rise early!

Some of it is the same things little girls do, eat tons of junk foods, gallons of soda, play silly games, although I don't think boys enjoy "Truth or Dare" but I'm sure they have something comprable. They watch horror movies or tell "spooky" stories and stay up all night.

It depends on what he is into, I would have a movie and a popcorn bar, letting them choose from healthy snacks and mixing it with popcorn. I would maybe have an arts and crafts activity. Then you can let them play board games.

They don't sleep and then end up grouchy the next day and end up falling asleep during school because they have their days and nights mixed up.
