Yes - most women like at least 3-4 inches taller than them.
Guys are more unpredictable/creative in what they like.

No it's what you think about is other that counts. My wife is 7 inches shorter but I don't see her as small at all I just see her as her.

It all depends I do not think so but every person is different. Like for example some women are tall and men are not into that but other are. I am taller then my finacee not by much but it does not bother either one of us.

If so, then it depends. My boyfriend is 6'1" and I'm 5'0". It doesn't bother us. Although, he constantly reminds me that I'm short. I just roll my eyes at him.

yes sadly, i went out with a guy 4 inches shorter then me and it was really weird. I also went out with a guy a foot taller than me and that was worse. so stay within your means
