i understand that excessising can be also helpful mentaly.. i have a anxiety attack from a certain fear and was wondering if i start to excessise it might help with these attacks?

Exercise makes endorphins increase, which makes you "feel good".

I think that would help your attacks, plus counseling to find out the root of the anxiety too. Self talk helps a great deal; is this fear rational?
