Well talking in ones sleep is weird. do not take those words literally. I once kept asking my girlfriend what the price of those cucumbers is? All the time: how much are these cucumbers? Doesn't make any sense does it? Not even if you trie to explain things the freudian way. How to know if she is lying AGAIN you say? something more is hidden in your question.... maybe you know the answer allready but don't want to face the answer?
Ask her what is true and what not. By the way i don't really get your concern about what she sais: your dad's baby, that is you, no? so she wants you. And she is your wife. Sounds like quite a good situation for both of you!

I think we all have dreams that definitely do NOT reflect what we really want. It's just our brain firing off at night to clear the clutter of the day. All thrown into the mix is not only our emotions, but tv shows we have watched, conversations we have had or heard, things that have happened, things that we have worried about, just all kinds of things. Throw that all in a blender and add a large dose of nonsense, and that's what dreams are.
I don't think you should worry.

She could be talking about you........
When we dream we are of course not awake and living in the real world.
Maybe something you spoke about before she went to sleep made her think of your father. Maybe a conversation early in the day involved a baby...and they got mixed in the dream.
relax don't worry....

She was dreaming. She could be a character in her dream about being a hippopatamus needing a 30" dick to satisfy her and are you going to feel inadequate?
One time I dreamt the whole city turned to zombies and vampires and I had to kill everyone.

I've said alot of weird things in my sleep, many of it comical, impossible, and not true. If she really wanted to do it, do you honestly think she would have said it out loud?
I think you're being a teensy bit paranoid.

I say crazy stuff in my sleep all the time. My husband says he swears that he has heard me having sex in my dreams. I'd say it is not true at all. This is from persobal experience, but if your still insecure about it watch her actions around him?

She was just dreaming. It probably doesnt mean anything, women tend to have weird dreams that make no sense, that could be one of them.
