Your symptoms could also be stress related. With a brain tumor you might have also had symptoms like changes in vision/blurry vision, personality changes, unsteady gait etc.

Yes, 21 year olds can also get brain tumors, however, in your case, the doctor is probably right. NO brain tumor for you.

Have you had a slip and fall or hit your head or another type of injury like that? You may have a pinched nerve in your neck, back or shoulders. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and I get headaches all the time, ringing in my ears, plus the pain in my neck. Sometimes the pain makes me nausious and dizzy. If your doctor won't order tests for this, contact a neurologist or a pain management doctor.

I would go see a different doctor for a second opinion. It is your body and you need answers. Write down all of your symptoms and take a list of your current medications for the doctor to go over with you. Hope you get the answers you are looking for!

Could be mercury poisoning. Had any filling lately? Or a flu shot? There's mercury in both. You can test with a Challenge test. blood or urine alone wont' test-Most Dr's don't know how to test. Find one that knows about a challenge test.
google mercury poisoning.
