you can used the cloned humans for operations. that would save many lives, possibly even cure recently uncurable diseases with a steady flow of stem-cells.

some religious people argue"thou shalt not kill,"
but what are we killing? if we create small embryos in a test tube and take stem cells out, it is like taking eggs from a chicken. only with a much nobler cause.

It's not, it goes against God. God created man and woman. God saw that they should be companions and marry. They would reproduce and bring children into the world. Cloning was not an option that would please God. We can't make ourselves into gods and do as we wish.

Disease research. We can "weed" out disease at the DNA level.
