I am trying to loose some weight, eat healthy, and not have to eat things that taste like cardboard.

That is a very healthy breakfast. I have heard the eggs are very good in aiding people to loose weight and I also heard that the following day people who had eaten eggs ate 415 calories less than those who didn't eat eggs.

It's not bad, but there is a lot of fat in eggs and avocado. Maybe try eating just the whites of the egg. And throw in some whole grains.

try it with egg beaters...its only 30 cal a serving...and tastes pretty good with some added items like veggies or some cheese.
