signs..they act real nervouse and usually say stupid things and seen to "embarass" them selves ALL the time in front of you though they don't mean to...you find him staring at you constantly or every now and then ( it will probably become more often if he is just starting to like you), he daydreams and thinks HARD about curtian things that he won't tell you or talk about with anyone, when he wants to be with you ALOT!
flirting: staring into each others eyes, laughing and giggling, twisting of the hair, blushing becuase of small embarassing things, Smiling , He is always trying ot make you laugh at jokes to impress you.

talks to you
helps you
and sometimes you can even feel it
like be able to tell
attractive is also beyond me, as i don't think i ever was much,
the jokes, thats a guy thing
but if are way directed for your laughs,
then the guy likes you in SOME way

I'm not quite sure, but to your second question, when I flirt, I try to get to know the guy better, ask him what music he listens to, what he likes/dislikes etc.. best of luck
