my boyfriend said he would phone me today, but he didn't, i'm mad at him for not phoneing me, when he talks to me on msn, and he says "sorry i didn't phone you." should i lie and say i forgive him, when i really don't?

then you're not only being dishonest with yourself you're being dishonest with him. It's not okay for him to not come through on things, let him know that.

common, give him a break. there are times when i promise i'll call my girlfriend and then it ends up i have a lot of things to do and therefore don't call. she understands, and you should too. besides, you could phone him every once in a while, it's not a crime ya know
