ok so i'm the second youngest junior in my class and i'm barely gonna turn 17 the august i start my senior year. would it be wrong to date a sophomore that is 16 too or is it gonna look weird b/c he's a sophmore.

No, even if it was two years, it wouldn't make that much of a difference. Just make sure you're comfortable with this, because some of your "friends" might make fun of you for dating someone younger. But in reality it doesn't matter at all.
So just be prepared to stand up for yourself and if other girls give you a hard time, just tell them that he's more mature than their 18-year old boyfriends and you're very happy with him.

I don't think so. I dated a girl that was a freshman when I was a senior. Don't laugh to hard at this but I married a girl that would have been in the 6th grade when I was a senior. OK I was 27 and she was 20. We've been married for 36 years now!
So date that sophomore!!!! lol

Are you kidding me?? There is no problem with that what so ever.
Now what would be a problem is (an actual couple in my school) if you are16 almost 17 sophmore and your going out with a 13 year old 8th grader. There was also someone who was a sophmore that went out with a seventh grader.
Yeah. There was no real problem just a little shocking!

Nope, Im a junior, my boyfriends a sophmore and we're 11 1/2 months apart. Not one person has ever said that its weird that hes younger than me. As long as hes mature enough its perfectly fine.

there is nothing wrong with that what so ever, why would there be? if your friends can't except that you are dating someone (as long as you like them and not just dating them to date some one) they aren't your friends, they should just be happy that you are happy.
