i'm 5'7'' and i weigh 113. i also eat like 24/7
i'm always hungry what do i do.

You probably have a fast metabolism. I know a lot of people with the same thing. If you want to any real advise talk to your doctor.

Well, although some would say you are lucky, they are being naive about it. I have the same problem and people constantly think I don't eat or have an eating disorder and I don't. I actually eat alot and I don't eat just salads. I love food! However, I don't gain weight. I had my thyroid checked 3 separate times and it turns out it's just my metabolism. I've been thin my entire life. So if you have always been thin, the only thing you can really do is eat excessively. Otherwise, if this is unusual for you to be so thin then you should definitely see a doctor. I suppose this is better than not being able to lose weight. Good luck.

Well, that's quite light for someone you height- If you've always just been naturally skinny, it's probably just a super-fast metabolism that burns calories like crazy, therefore requiring you to eat a lot. However, if the onset of this has been recently within the past year, you might consider a medical condition. Some parasitic infections cause significant weight loss, and the appetite will be increased as the body is desperate for nutrition. Have a doctor run some tests if this seems unnatural for you.

For a naturally fast metabolism, if you desire to gain weight, a heavy weight lifting routine combined with increased caloric intake could help you.

I know how you feel. I'm 102 and 5'7. People ALWAYS seem to have no problem pointing it out too. I drink a carnation breakfast drink in the morning and eat a fruit. That seems to help with the hunger for a while. Just try to eat a lot of protein too. Good luck.

you probably have a really fast metabolism. or ur just eating a little too healthy... anyway, can't tell you wht to do... if u wanna gain weight go to a doctor or a nutritionist and they'll probably make a plan for you where you can gain weight but not excesively. it's always dangerous to just eat and eat and eat.

You just have a fast metabolism. If you want to gain weight try eating foods with high carbohydrates, like bread and pasta. Also foods with a high fat content can increase your chances of gaining weight.
