If he is there as a TA because he's planning on making a career out of teaching and you care anything about his aspirations, wait until you are out of that school. Getting involved with students can destroy a teacher's career, whether they students in college or are a full time teacher. Even if you are 18, the powers-that-be will still frown upon it because they'll still think of you as a child, and they will hold him accountable for setting a bad example in a school setting. It sucks, but that's the way it is.

Stop yourself until you're at least 18, not just for your sake, but for his. If things get even remotely physical, he can go to jail because you're considered a minor and he's an adult.
Also, make sure he's not flirting with everyone. He could be just someone who wants to sleep with young girls and use his charm and experience to make that happen. Make sure that you really think he only likes you and pays attention to you. Try to watch his interactions with other attractive girls in class.
Be very careful. Don't rush things. And wait AT LEAST until you're 18. Good luck.

He could get fired for dating you, because some schools forbid their TAs to date undergrads. Also, if your fellow students find out your dating the TA they will resent you, because they'll think he's treating you differently than the rest of the class.
