My boyfriend of over two years is telling me he doesn't want me and I am already devestated. I don't know if he is just having another mood swing, or if he is serious, but I want to be prepared.

The best way to get over it is to pray about it. Pray about the situation and then let God handle the rest. He knows your every care, just trust in Him.

basically the best way to get over a break up is to hang out wiht ur friends more... but dont talk to ur friends about him becuz then u wont stop thinking about him. also do some activities like outside or something. and if u talk to him on the comp alot. dont go on it for atleast a week. or forvery long cuz then ull gte and urge to want to talk to him. and erase his number from ur fone. and try and forget it. also continue to look at different guys. and start having crushes. like alot fothem. then hell be out of ur mind.

also a good thing is to become just friends with him becuz then u know hes close to u somehow. its quite easy if u do al lthis stuff for atleast a week. if u get over boys quikly but if not... try 2 weeks.

GOOD LUCK! :]

Mood swings are always a bad sign...If he does, get a whole bunch of bffs and go to the movies to see a total chick-flick and do a whole bunch of girl stuff that you weren't able to do while you were w/him. You can scope out hotties at the mall, get a manicure, facial, pedicure, a new hair-do...because you're getting rid of an old relationship, get rid of the old you-give yourself a whole new outlook on life.

go cold turkey, don't talk to him after you break up. It will only make you want him back when you hear his voice.

Go out and do things, if you're sitting at home doing nothing all the time, the more youll think about it and the more youll be sad.

time and preoccupation. Go out with friends and do things that can take your mind off of it. It will be hard at first, but will get easier over time.

i agree with the first one; hang with your girls, and go ahead and stock up on ben & jerry's on top of that. : ) ice cream always makes you feel better!

hope everything turns out ok, hon.
