Unwanted touch or any attention you find disruptive to your education is harassment. Make sure a trusted adult (parent, school counselor, etc) knows about this and tell them what you're going to do (see next paragraph). If the trusted adult tells you to do anything other than warn the boy (and file a complaint if he doesn't heed the warning), that adult just jumped the "trusted adult" list. Attempting to reason with the boy has clearly not worked, so anyone suggesting you keep doing this is not someone who can help you. Find someone else.

Tell your classmate you want him to stop or you will report it. If he does it again (and it sounds like he will), file a written complaint with the school office. Get and keep a copy of your complaint. Keep this in a notebook of times/dates when he bothers you and note when you've called or contacted someone about this. Specifically ask for and write down the full names, titles and phone numbers of those with whom you speak.

If the harassment persists, call the school board and tell them you've already filed a complaint but that it didn't stop the behavior. Again, keep a written record of what you've done. Don't share it with anyone (make photo-copies but don't share the original).

The boy will probably be made to stop before it gets to the school board. If for some reason it doesn't and the school board doesn't effect a change, call your local newspaper or contact the Office of Civil Rights for your area.

If he's taking it too far, cuss him out (or if you've got something against foul language) then tell the teacher that he's pissing you off. The teacher should move him or talk to him about it...

It really does not mean anything. But it seems to me that you like him and are trying to read into all his actions towards you. if its not that you like him i suggest ask for you sit to be changed if it bothers you that much. withdraw yourself from the annoying environment
