Can you brush your teeth in the bathroom after lunch? Or even rinse with some mouthwash?

You might want to try Colgate Total toothpaste. It has a patented formula that helps fight plaque for 12 hours.....so your teeth feel cleaner longer.

*** I think Serinity is referring to Oral B Brush-ups. I don't think they work very well but if you can't brush they are better than nothing.

****It's nice to see you are serious about taking care of your oral health. Do you feel like you need to brush your teeth again because they feel dirty or because of bad breath? You can email me if you want to.

1. Chew a strong mint gum after lunch if you are allowed to have gum at school.
2. Try a product called "Brush Ups" available at the drug store or
Walmart. Its for people, like people who are travelling, who can't go to a bathroom and brush their teeth but want to clean their teeth. Go find the product and you'll see what I mean.

If the tongue movents are restricted (for example in a lecture class you may not talk to anybody or chew something) you may get accumulation of dental plaque and it alters the feel of ur tongue against the teeth. So naturally you may feel like brush your teeth to get the usual feel. You can massage the gums with the finger and even clean your teeth using your index finger ang water. Alternatively you can chew mint flavored chewing-gum

Do you floss? Bacteria that form a "scum" on your teeth is what makes your mouth feel dirty. If there is food trapped between your teeth it can harbor bacteria so they are waiting to reproduce and make your mouth feel dirty sooner. Also, eating anything with sugar especially helps the kind that form the "scum" to reproduce faster. If you floss, then brush, maybe even use a mouthwash and then avoid things with sugar, I'll bet your mouth will feel cleaner until you can get home and brush.

There's this new product that has come out that is great, we use it when we go camping. It comes in a box of about twenty, it slips on your finger and acts as a tooth brush and the minute you apply it to your teeth, the moisture in your mouth causes it to act as a toothbrush. It works great. You can carry it in your pocket.

Very simple. Take a wet cloth and rub your teeth. Like if you are "washing" them. Removes the grease on the front and gives you better self esteem.

What's the problem? BRUSH, if you want to. Simply go to the restroom and brush. If that is your biggest problem, you are having a great day.

Chew sugarless gum, but not too much.
Remember that aspartame is a sweetner they use in laxatives, and overusage will give you diarrhea.
