Yes. The Canon A630, SD700... the list goes on but they all take really bad quality video. I never use my digital camera for video unless i really have to. I use my video camera for that.

Imagine quailty is poor on digital cameras during video recording thats just a word of wisdom, and when you zoom its a digital zoom which makes the quality even more worse than it already was.

Canon S3-IS can zoom while taking video, and also you can take a still frame within a video.
